Aerial Dance Instruction

Jenn is an aerial dance instructor specializing in aerial sling (also known as aerial hammock). To train with Jenn you can schedule a private lesson with her in Downtown Phoenix or Flagstaff, AZ or catch her while she’s traveling to SoCal or various other locations. She also holds specialty workshops intermittently throughout the year. 

Private Sessions 

A private session is a customized aerial dance training session catered to the client’s preferences. We can incorporate conditioning, spins, beautiful poses and fun combos all while suspended on an aerial sling/hammock. The session is designed to build strength, gain flexibility and fluidity while dancing in the air.
